Dr. Neha Dawar

Endodontist

Dr. Neha Dawar believes exceptional endodontic care is built on compassion, trust, and clinical excellence. She understands that many patients feel anxious about root canal treatment and is committed to making every visit comfortable, informative, and as stress-free as possible. Her gentle approach, meticulous attention to detail, and genuine concern for her patients have earned the trust of both patients and referring dentists throughout her career.

Originally from India, Dr. Dawar earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) before moving to the United States to pursue her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California.

Following dental school, she practiced general dentistry in San Antonio, Texas, for 11 years. During this time, she built lasting relationships with her patients and developed a passion for preserving natural teeth and relieving dental pain, inspiring her to pursue advanced specialty training in endodontics.

Dr. Dawar returned to the University of the Pacific, where she completed her specialty residency and earned both a Certificate and a Master of Science in Endodontics. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, a distinction awarded to endodontists who successfully complete a rigorous voluntary certification process that includes comprehensive written and oral examinations. This achievement reflects her advanced clinical expertise and unwavering commitment to providing the highest standard of evidence-based patient care.

Her practice encompasses the full scope of modern endodontics, including root canal therapy, endodontic retreatment, microsurgical endodontics, management of traumatic dental injuries, and regenerative endodontic procedures. She has a particular passion for microsurgical endodontics and continually incorporates the latest advances in technology and evidence-based techniques to deliver precise, predictable, and patient-centered care.

Proud to call Austin home, Dr. Dawar is honored to serve the Central Texas community. She believes every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and confident throughout their treatment. By combining advanced specialty training with a compassionate, personalized approach, she strives to create a positive experience from the initial consultation through successful completion of care.

Outside the office, Dr. Dawar enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. She loves exploring Austin’s vibrant food scene, traveling, taking scenic drives, building LEGO’s with her kids, and relaxing with family and friends over great food and a good movie.

Dr. Derek Lin, DDS

Endodontist

Dr. Derek Lin blends scientific precision with genuine compassion to deliver comfortable, anxiety-free endodontic care. A New York native, he earned his DDS from the University of Buffalo in 2019 and completed advanced training in endodontics in 2025. Known for his gentle approach and clear communication, Dr. Lin helps patients feel at ease while preserving their natural teeth.

Outside the office, he enjoys traveling, local eats, minigolf, games, and movies. He remains dedicated to continuing education and treats every patient with the warmth and care he would extend to family.
